We had a MOSH update 18 months ago and heard from the MOSH Assistant Commissioner, and now if you can Join us on Thursday the 24th, you will get a full update from the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, Matt Helminiak.
The Division of Labor and Industry (DLI) Commissioner not only heads up the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH) program, but also has various other units and staff that touches the lives of almost everyone in Maryland. Safety of the Citizenry has been a key factor in the activities of this agency since it was established in 1884. A small but important agency that regulates boiler and elevator safety, to workplace safety and health, to protecting employee wages and rights. We hope that you will join us to here about current activities of this important agency of state government from the Commissioner.
